Henrik Goes to School and So Much More!

Henrik is 3 months old and Amy has headed back to work, which means Henrik got to start day care February 27th! He is attending Mother Duck Learning Center in Richfield and is starting to make new friends already. It was tough dropping him off that first day, but we know he is in good hands.

Henrik got to meet Mary for this first time. He loved hanging out with her, as she truly has this grandma thing down.

During maternity leave,  Amy and Henrik went to the Lowes. Hadley and Kellan always want to help feeding Henwik! They will be expecting a new brother soon!

We a very grateful for Grandma Linda's coworkers for throwing a "Grandma Shower" for us. We traveled to Mankato for the shower and got to see where Grandma works! Here is Grandma Linda with Henrik getting a tour of the lab. (Posing in blood bank in this picture.)

 Amy and I thought the purpose of this show was to outfit Grandma's house, but most of the gifts were books for Henrik. Grandma Linda did get a great book for herself.

 From the shower in Mankato, we headed to Waseca for a birthday weekend! It was Grandma Linda's and Uncle Joey's birthday celebration. Here are some of the pictures from the weekend's festivities.

Henrik is a big fan of any jumparoo he can get in to. He is still quite small, so some extra padding is required to make it work. His feet will be able to touch before we know it!

All of the "kids" decided to throw a Mexican Fiesta for Momma Linda's birthday. Everything tasted amazing and the margaritas and Mexican beers were delicious too!

We traveled down to to Lyle, MN to celebrate Grandma Marilyn and Grandpa Shirll's 60th wedding anniversary! What a milestone! Congratulations to them and may we all get there someday!
